To establish quality kidney centers with Haemo and Peritoneal Dialysis facilities for out-door renal patients in every district town in Bangladesh and to serve patients at their door fronts providing income-friendly treatment facilities.

To help early detection of renal complications through adequate bio-chemical investigation and routine examination.

To provide treatment required for preventing renal complications and necessary facilities to indoor patients.

To eventually establish facilities for kidney transplantation, kidney bank, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) or continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis (CCPD) or any other advanced devices.

To establish training centers with the help of local and foreign specialists.

To impart training to nephrologists, nurses and technicians with a view to transferring advanced medical knowledge and know how.

To establish a modern comprehensive Kidney Hospital, College and Research Center

To organize and mobilize donors, especially Bangladeshi expatriates to gain their economic, technical and moral support to run the kidney centers.

To raise funds with a view to run the centers on a non-profit basis and to provide subsidy and free facility to economically disadvantaged patients.

To work with other Kidney Foundations at home and abroad for mutual benefit.

To arrange educational programs for kidney patients, promote prevention of kidney disease, and provide nutritional guidelines to and rehabilitation of the patients.

To conduct seminars on nephrology & prevention of kidney diseases for awareness.

To publish informative journals and booklets on nephrology.
